MyCrypNet uses OpenVPN technology. By default keys are built on the RSA (RSA) protocol at 4096 bits. The session’s hash is based on sha384 (sha384). The symmetric session key is based on AES-256-GCM (AES-256-GCM) and generated according to the Diffie-Hellman (Diffie-Hellman) protocol that gives a perfect forward secrecy. Clients are protected against denial of service attacks via SSL/TLS auth.
If you think it is a problem with the client application, check the OpenVPN faq at OpenVPN faq. If you think it is a problem with the server connexion, check your configurations files, keys and certificates are not altered and stored at the right place, check on your web interface the status of your access to the service (it should be active). Otherwise, contact us using the contact form.
